Role Responsibilities
- Build business strategy and plan to achieve the overall objectives
- Implement business models and operations in a timely manner
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify and execute improvements on products & services
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives to expand business
- Cooperate with other teams to build and strengthen network and reputation in the education market in Vietnam.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development
- Experience working in Education sector or tech startup is a plus
- A passion about education, language learning/teaching experience is a plus
- Self-starter, resourceful with hands-on experience
- Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- Strong business acumen and commercial instincts;
- Self-motivated, ambitious and result-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Fluent in spoken English
